Anglesey County Council grants outline planning permission for Holyhead Waterfront Regeneration Scheme

Axis Secures Consent for Kingswood Investments

On 14th February 2014, and following the signing of the associated Section 106 Agreement, Outline Planning permission was granted for a scheme which seeks to regenerate the waterfront area at Holyhead, Anglesey.

The approved development is significant and comprises; a new marina; reclamation of land from the sea; new residential development, together with a hotel; commercial, leisure and retail uses and associated infrastructure.

It is anticipated that work will soon begin on the Reserved Matters of the planning process.
