Axis awarded Gold Standard Accreditation by Constructionline

Axis has been awarded Gold Membership Accreditation by Constructionline.

Established by the UK Government in 1998, Constructionline is deemed to be the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service – providing a single point of reference for all pre-qualification data for the construction-related industry.

Achieving Gold Status verifies that Axis has been assessed by Constructionline for its credentials in environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies, and has met the standard appropriate for Gold Standard public and private sector procurements.

David Adams, Director at Axis, said “We’re very proud to achieve Gold Membership accreditation. We take our responsibilities to our clients, staff, stakeholders and the wider community very seriously.

Many clients are looking to convert to frameworks, or are already working within frameworks, in which being a Constructionline Gold Standard is an essential criteria. Some industry organisations issue their tenders solely through Constructionline Gold, and insist as an essential criteria that all their contractors are accredited to that level.

Achieving the necessary Gold Standard demonstrates we’ve met the PAS 91 and Common Assessment Standard and pre-qualification across core modules required by the public and private sectors.

Everyone at Axis is very proud of this achievement and look forward to enjoying the benefits the accreditation brings.”
