New Industrial Unit, Hortonwood 60, Telford – Axis formed part of the successful development team promoting the development of new warehouse distribution facilities for Furniture Link at the Hortonwood Industrial Estate, Telford.
The project will deliver a new 5,750sqm B8 unit with associated car parking and HGV servicing areas.
Axis prepared a Transport Statement in support of the proposals considering traffic demand to the site and likely network impact. The project received planning consent in June 2013.
