On behalf of FCC Environment, Axis has secured outline planning permission for 3,125m2 of employment floorspace (B1, B2 and B8 Use Class) at Carlton Forest Quarry on the edge of Worksop.

The exact layout is to be determined at the reserved matters stage but will provide flexible employment floorspace, comprising up to six units approximately 520m2 each with associated car parking, servicing and landscaping.

Axis managed the planning and design aspects of the project as well as preparing a detailed Transport Assessment.

The application was heard by Bassetlaw’s Planning Committee who unanimously approved the application.
