As part of its wider planning, landscape and EIA services to SITA UK Ltd on the Charlton Lane Eco Park, Axis has provided specialist advice in support of a footpath diversion, which was required to allow consented development to proceed.

Unresolved objections to the proposed footpath diversion led to a public inquiry in April 2013.

The Inspector determined that the footpath diversion could be approved, subject to advertisement of further modifications.
