Axis carried out assessments of Landscape and Visual Impacts, Traffic and Transportation Impacts and Planning Need in respect of the proposed Southmoor Energy Centre located at Kellingley Colliery, North Yorkshire, on behalf of Peel Environmental Ltd.

The application for planning permission was approved by North Yorkshire County Council on 3rd September 2014.
