Axis is providing transport planning advice to support the evolution of proposals for a major employment allocation within the emerging Rochdale Borough Core Strategy.
The current proposals for the South Heywood Strategic Site envisage over 1.5 million sqft of B8 warehousing, 400 dwellings and a new access road linking to M62 J19.
