Xercise4Less commissions Axis for major expansion programme

Xercise4Less has commissioned Axis to act as its national planning consultant. X4L as one of the UK’s leading budget gym providers intends to open 30 new gyms across the UK over the coming 12 months.

Axis has assisted with planning applications for changes of use of existing premises at Milton Keynes, Derby, Gateshead, Bradford, Stoke, North Shields, Rugby, Smethwick and Sheffield.

Services have included coordinating sequential tests where not in existing town centres, transport assessments/ travel plans and planning policy appraisals.
