Axis meeting in Chester office

On 2nd October 2018, North West Leicestershire District Council resolved to grant full planning permission for a 25,00sq.ft retail unit and garden centre at Plot 2 of the Ashby Gateway site on the outskirts of Ashby-de-la-Zouche.

Acting on behalf of the site owners, Conygar Ashby Ltd, Axis submitted the planning application in March 2018 and it is envisaged that construction works will start on-site early in 2019.

The unit will be operated by B&M Retail Ltd and lies adjacent to the M&S Simply Foods Unit, also developed by Conygar, which was completed in 2016 and has since received the prestigious award of best new building in the area during the last decade.
