Axis Transport Planning Provide Supporting Highways Assessment Work for a Range of Residential Schemes
Axis Transport Planning have worked with a number of major house builders and land-owners to deliver formal Transport Assessment and Transport Statement documents to support new planning applications for a range of new residential developments. Recent sites include projects at locations such as Rochdale, Stockport, Manchester, Cheshire East, Warrington, Leicester, Sefton and Liverpool. We are also currently assisting a number of clients in identifying strategic long-term residential land parcels and promoting these developments through local plan review.

Axis Transport Planning Form Part of the Successful Team Promoting New Hotel & ApartHotel Development in Central Manchester
Axis Transport Planning acted as a key member of the consultancy team that has successfully secured planning consent for a new 20 storey hotel & hotel apartment project at 3 St Peters Square, Manchester. Working with developer Property Alliance Group (PAG), Axis provided detailed highways and transport input to the project including preparation of a formal Transport Assessment & Servicing Strategy and detailed Travel Plans for both the 328 bedroom hotel and 262 suite apart-hotel operators. Axis are currently working with PAG on developing a further 300+ bed hotel site elsewhere within the City Centre.

Axis Transport Planning Provide Highways Support to Student Residential Schemes
Axis Transport Planning have continued to work closely with major student accommodation developer Watkin Jones to assist in the securing of planning consents for new sites around the UK and in supporting the construction and delivery of these projects. Axis are currently working with the Watkin Jones development team on projects in Sheffield (3-sites), Chester (2-sites), Coventry and Cambridge.
