Axis appeared at a second public inquiry in January 2014 to consider objections which had been raised in respect of further modifications to the Surrey County Council Footpath No. 70 (Sunbury) Public Path Diversion Order 2012.

The Inspector has now determined that the footpath diversion is confirmed, subject to the modifications previously proposed.

Surrey County Council planning committee has also approved a set of minor material amendments submitted by Axis under S73 procedures.

Subject to approval of this decision by NPCU, works will then commence on the construction of the Eco Park.
