The construction of a new Premier Inn Hotel on Anglesey is nearing completion.
The hotel is located at Parc Cybi, a strategic employment site which lies within the Anglesey Enterprise Zone, off Junction 2 of the A55 (North Wales Expressway).
It will be the first Premier Inn on Anglesey and will create 20 full-time jobs.
Axis obtained planning permission for the proposed 80-bed hotel, which includes a restaurant, earlier this year.
Since that time, Axis has been busy discharging pre-commencement and, latterly, pre-occupation conditions to ensure that the construction programme is maintained.
Construction is anticipated to be completed early in the New Year.
