Axis has been commissioned by the Stephenson Group to provide supporting transport planning advice for the redevelopment of a brownfield site in Chester City Council to deliver 550 bed student accommodation for the University of Chester.

The site is known as Linenhall Student Accommodation.

Axis has prepared a supporting Transport Assessment to consider the impact of the redevelopment proposals. In addition Axis has produced a Framework Travel Plan to encourage the take-up of sustainable transport measures by resident students.
